Booking & Payment Policy

1. 50% advance payment compulsory for booking. Booking will NOT be done WITHOUT advance payment.
2. Accommodation strictly reserved for prior booking guests.
3. Balance payment need to be paid before check out without fail.
4. Package and/or amount will not be revised to compensate late check-in or reduced members.
5. Payment should be done as per the agreed members at the time of booking or whichever is higher at the time of check in. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation, No Show, & Refund charges strictly subjected to property management policy.
2. Refund should be requested only via email.
3. Refund may take 15 working days to process.

Property Management Terms & Conditions

1. Please book only after thorough understanding of the package.
2. Indian guests need to show hard copy of govt valid ID card and foreign guests need to show hard copy of the passport at the time of check in to the host to validate the booking.
3. Guests should produce COVID-19 Vaccination certificate at the time of check in and maintain COVID-19 protocols throughout the stay.
4. Check-in and check-out time as per the homestay/resort/hotel timings. Early check in and late check out availability and charges as per property management.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Any guest found to be disturbing to the staff or the other guests will be asked to vacate immediately by the management without any refund.
2. Guest causing damage to the property needs to settle the cost of damages with the host immediately.
3. Any legal issues arising during the stay or travel is subject to the jurisdiction limits and have to be settled by the guests themselves directly with the concerned authorities.
4. Guests are solely responsible of their belongings. Please check if you have collected all your valuables before check out.  Management will not entertain any queries regarding lost valuables after the check out.
5. No exclusivity is provided or guaranteed as other guests will be availing the same facility/amenities at the same time.
